Welcome to
Florida's ......... Wave School of Real Estate. Our main campus is
located at 2660 5th Avenue N. in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our
recently remodeled 5,000 SF facility is located only minutes from I
275 and offers a high tech approach to course delivery.
In addition to
our in-house Saint Petersburg Real Estate class, we offer
on-line Home Study courses that will enable you to
complete your Florida Real Estate Associate License, Continuing
Education requirements, and Post-Licensing requirements from the
comforts of your own surroundings.
Graduating with a
passing grade from our St Petersburg class, enables you to
obtain a career in Real Estate anywhere in the State of
Florida after passing the State of Florida Real Estate test.
Our Continuing Education classes can be completed by Home Study
Course anytime on-line. This Florida School of Real Estate offers
the on-line real estate class that includes post licensing, 63 hour
Real Estate Sales class, and the Continuing Ed class.
Florida's Real
Estate Sales Associate License Requirements
1. To be eligible to apply for
a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License, an individual does
NOT have to be a citizen of the United States or a Florida resident,
however, must be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma
or equivalent.
2. To be eligible to apply for
a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License,an individual must
furnish the Commission satisfactory evidence of successfully
completing the following education:
a. Must be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma
or equivalent.
b. Successfully complete a FREC approved Real Estate Sales
Associate course I (63 hours) with a score of 70% or
above.
c. Apply for and pass the Florida Real Estate Sales
Associate Exam with a score of 75% or more.
Wave
School of Real Estate offers the 63 hour FREC Sales
Associate course as a Home Study course that can be taken from the
comforts of your own surroundings or in our state of the art
classroom. This is required before taking your Florida Real Estate
License exam. We offer any enrollee access to a
licensed instructor from 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.
Wave
recommends that upon completion of the On-Line Post-Licensing
Course, attend the weekend "Crash Course" prior to taking the State
Exam. This is needed prior to taking your Florida
Real Estate License exam.
